The Bezalel Bible

The Bezalel Bible

In the middle ages, when less people were literate, stained glass windows and other artistry served to teach people about God and draw them to him. There is a place where someone may sit with the Lord, and contemplate him with the help of a painting, an illustration or indeed a stained glass window.

We’d like to introduce the Bezalel Bible Project. This is an attempt to translate the Bible into artwork. A picture paints a thousand words, and for some people artistic recreations speak to the heart in ways that go beyond words.

The Bezalel Bible Project is an attempt to find Christian artists from all over the world, who will help to artistically represent the word of God. We are looking for 1189 artists who can submit their work representing the 1189 chapters of the Bible.

Are you artistic? Do you have the Lord within? Do you know a Christian artist? Do you know an Art or creative ministry? Take a look at www.bezalelbible.com. And would you share this information with any believer with an artistic element to them. Together let us translate the Bible into art, and build a digital cathedral for the glory of God.
